Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

It was in the central location to the Falls.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was fantastic.

The location was unbeatable and decent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was amicable with advice and suggestions. Self service breakfast was available.

Newly remodelled hotel, our stay was very good.

The location was comfy and ideal, near to Buffalo International airport, Niagara Falls in Canada, and Downtown with Free Airport Shuttle, and the view was magnificent. The room was well-kept and a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. A microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

Really liked the proximity to the Buffalo airport. 24hour shuttle was great!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool and hot tub enjoyable relaxation after a busy day. Breakfast was provided and had a good selection most days. Perfect location for air travel.

Stayed with friends and had a blast! We enjoyed the nightlife at Seneca Niagara Casino, playing games and enjoying live entertainment. The park and fly option made things easy for us. Just remember, it can get busy at check-in, so be patient. Great spot for a fun getaway!

It really put a damper on things.

Close to the airport with a shuttle service

The carpeting needs changing and the place needs painting. It probably was clean, but these factors gave it an appearance of being dirty. Due for a serious renovation.

Convenience to airport. The bed linens and pillows were nicer than in many places. Staff was very friendly.

The restaurant had a pretty limited menu. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The TV was an old tube low-def affair. It was very expensive for what you got.

Recommend it for families with young kids

Let me tell you, the first night was fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was clean, comfortable, just what we needed after driving all day.

But honestly, it wasn't inexpensive, but we managed.

Hotel satff were pleasant and helpful

We particularly like the ease of transport to the airport and the shuttle service. The breakfast was good and started early enough for us to access before our early morning flight.

The on site restaurant for lunch and dinner was not what we would expect and therefore we went off site for dinner.

Mattress and pillows very comfortable! We stayed one night before flying out to Florida, so got to park the car free for 11 days! Great deal. Shuttle is convenient getting to and from airport. We have stayed there in the past, and will stay in the future. On the morning of Nov. 11, the woman at the front desk called for the shuttle to drive us to the airport around 8:45. As we waited, either the woman's shift was over or she was going for a break, and I heard her tell the girl taking over that we were waiting for the shuttle, and for her to "stay on top of it" to make sure we weren't kept waiting too long. I was impressed! And happy that she was taking care of us.

Small thing - I found lighting in the bathroom dim. Maybe they are energy-saving bulbs...not sure. I just like bright lights in the bathroom.

Fairly clean and big venue with excellent views. Warm self service breakfast - something for everyone. Marvellous and perfect location just next door to airport and wonderful breakfast bar and the downtown by bus; easy check-in.

Staff advised shuttle to the train station.
